Billing and Insurance

I am a Lyra Employee Assistance Program provider, and am licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin and California.  I can see clients who are physically located in these states.  Additionally, in Minnesota, I am in network with Medica, UMR, United Health Care, Ucare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and Healthpartners.   I am not credentialed to accept insurance in Wisconsin and California (other than through Lyra).   I also accept cash-pay on a sliding scale.  This is discussed on a case by case basis, but cash-pay clients can expect to pay $125-180 per session.
